With over 20 years of expertise in sales recruiting and team building, CEO & Founder Dan Flynn has a proven track record of scaling sales teams from startups to $200M+ in revenue across diverse industries. One of his most notable achievements includes transforming a sports media powerhouse that featured the Lakers & Dodgers networks, along with NBA and MLB content from ESPN, TNT, TBS, FS1, and the MLB Network. Under his leadership, the organization saw an impressive 50% organic growth in the first year and 28% in the second - a testament to his ability to craft winning sales strategies and execute them flawlessly. Originally from Annapolis, MD, Dan now calls Hermosa Beach, CA home and holds a degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
